Hello everyone, I’ve put together the schedule for this weekend, please review it I will also have a printed copy at the community tent. You can find the schedules at the very bottom of this message.
Saturday-the weather is expected to be a low of 51 and a high of 74 sunny day, no clouds.
Sunday-the weather is expected to be mostly cloudy with a low of 56 and a high of 82.
Uniform of the Day-All cadets will need to wear their cadet shirt, BDU pants, black boots, and only the cadet hat is permitted.
Please make sure you bring a bottle to refill for drinking water, please make sure you stay hydrated throughout the event.
Food-you will have an opportunity to take a meal break, be sure to bring your own lunch or money to buy lunch.
Safety-all cadets will be required to wear the yellow safety vest while working the parking lot.
Radio-we will utilize the portable radios tomorrow please make sure you know your badge number; we will be using badge numbers not names when talking on the radio.
Time- All make sure you use login on the Cadet Portal to log start and end time.
BELOW YOU WILL SEE DESCRIPTIONS OF EACH ASSIGNMENT
PARKING LOT
When your assigned to parking lot duty at Lacey’s Drugs please make sure only customers are parking please do not guide other people to the other side of the parking lot.
COMMUNITY TENT
When you are assigned to the community tent you are responsible to pass out information about community events and assist Cpl. Mistretta as needed.
CITY HALL
During your assignment at city hall, you will be working a table for Splash Festivals they will explain what your detail when you arrive.
FLOAT
Floats are responsible for relieving other cadet for food, water and bathroom breaks.
