Interested in joining our team?

Our meetings are held weekly on Tuesday’s from 6:00pm-8:30pm at the Acworth Police Department. Meetings are held all year long, however we do not have meetings during school breaks (Exception during the summer months). Our program will follow the Cobb County School District holiday schedule.

Qualification for Membership:

  • Must be between the ages of 14 years old and 20 years old.
  • Grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
  • Not on any active school probation
  • No out of school suspension in the previous school year
  • No arrest, not on any juvenile probation, and no use of drugs or alcohol.

Membership Process:

  • Contact our Cadet Recruiter and request a visit to a meeting.
  • Visit 3 consecutive meetings.
  • Complete and return the membership application packet.
  • Be recommended after a board interview with unit mentors and cadet leadership.
