We are excited to congratulate Sergeant Mistretta, our Lead Mentor, for receiving the Public Safety Outstanding Community Contribution Award at this afternoon’s Cobb County Chamber Public Safety Luncheon!
Since joining the Acworth Police Department in 2019, Sergeant Mistretta has been an incredible mentor and leader for the Acworth Public Safety Cadets. His guidance and dedication have helped shape our Cadets into strong, confident leaders among their peers.
Beyond his role as Lead Mentor, Sergeant Mistretta holds numerous key positions within the department, including Public Information Officer, Coordinator for the Citizens Police Academy, and Recruiter, just to name a few. His leadership and contributions have had a lasting impact on both the department and our Cadet program.
We are proud to have such a dedicated mentor and leader guiding our Cadets. Congratulations, Sergeant Mistretta, on this well-deserved honor!
