🎓 Celebrating Our Graduating Cadets – Class of 2025 🎉
As the school year comes to a close, we’re proud to recognize and celebrate several outstanding Acworth Cadets who are graduating and stepping into exciting new chapters. These cadets have shown incredible growth, leadership, and dedication to our program—and we couldn’t be prouder of each of them!
Cadet Lieutenant Kamran Padilla – Allatoona High School Graduate, Class of 2023
Lt. Padilla joined our program in 2023, just before graduating high school, and has made a lasting mark. A natural leader, he helped shape younger cadets, created our first-ever Honor Guard Team, and is currently preparing the team for National Competition in July.
Though he planned to remain in the program until aging out, Lt. Padilla was recently accepted into a certification program with Lockheed Martin, where he will begin a career as an assembler. While we’re sad to see him go, we are thrilled about his future and proud of all he’s accomplished.
Cadet Sergeant Weston Maynard – North Paulding High School Graduate
Cadet Sergeant Maynard joined the Acworth Cadets in 2023 and quickly rose through the ranks thanks to his leadership and dedication. As a Squad Leader and Captain of our new Marksmanship Team, he has set the standard for those around him.
After graduation, Sgt. Maynard plans to remain active in the program while attending college. We’re excited to watch his continued growth and success!
Cadet Corporal Carter Corbett – Allatoona High School Graduate
Cadet Corbett brought his JROTC experience to the Acworth Cadets and made an immediate impact, especially in Honor Guard and Drill training. Over the past year and a half, he has proven to be a dependable, driven team player.
This June, Cadet Corbett will report to U.S. Navy boot camp as he begins his military service. We’re honored to have had him in our program and wish him the very best as he serves our country.
Cadet Peyton Reaid – Georgia Home School Graduate
Cadet Reaid joined the Acworth Cadets last year and quickly became a positive role model. Her dedication, willingness to learn, and leadership have inspired those around her in just a short time.
We’re proud to celebrate her graduation from Georgia Home School and look forward to watching her succeed as she begins college. Her future is bright!
To all of our graduating cadets—thank you for your service, leadership, and commitment to the Acworth Cadet Program. Whether you’re staying with us a little longer or heading off to new adventures, you’ll always be part of our cadet family. 🎉
